@Tvtd its a combination of things.
"We can't shame people!" - Its not shaming to point out that what you eat is killing you because you are poisoning the mechanisms that every animal has that controls its food intake.
"We make lots of money!" - Ah, now we get to it.
Oh, many of them are self-deluded too. What percentage of physicians and nurses are either overweight or obese? Exactly why would anyone accept that? Oh, simple -- "its not your fault; its in your genes!" Uh huh. Anything to make money...
