You do realize that both sides in a war suffer losses (troops, planes, ships, civilian targets, etc.)?

I personally made people, influential and established people and was noted for it in a rather large community, miserable and started a movement and recognition where the pressure actually made changes long before it would be discussed in any venue including here. @ Mlmoto, thank you for posting a link to the "Misadventures with the Chickenpox Vaccine" video! It is further evidence for questioning the CDC, and government in general. It seems like it always comes down to money. There is a lot of money to be made from vaccines, and to hell with the welfare of the people.

Regarding the immunity boost adults receive by exposure to chickenpox, I wonder if it would it be a good idea to look for exposure to a child with natural chickenpox? (Living in a senior community, one be tough to find.)

I'm 68 and didn't take the Covid jab; I used to get a flu shot yearly but haven't for several years. I did get the Zostravix shingles vaccine 8 years ago but have not taken the Shingrix vaccine. As far as I know, I have not been exposed to chickenpox since I had it at about age 5.

Thank you to our host and to everyone here who shares such wide-ranging knowledge! The information I've gotten is priceless, and serves as a springboard to further research on my own - especially on things I had never heard of before, like the chickenpox vaccine link.

It is virtually impossible in the US to find such a kid, except perhaps in the Amish community. The willingness to immediately stab every child, even in the early 2000 timeframe, with varicella vaccine was and remains outrageous.

I deferred it as long as reasonable with mine, but there IS a problem with blanket refusal which is that once you get into the adolescent and later years the risk goes up for serious consequences of infection and when you reach adulthood its 25 TIMES that of a child.

So at some point, if you CAN'T manage to get it naturally you're ahead (like it or not) to take that stab.

Agreed that NATO membership expansion into Ukraine would be perceived as an existential threat. To the level that 3 million Nazi's roaring towards Moscow, no.
