Someone put a "guardrail" in there, via some mechanism, that led to this.
And this is where the problem comes from -- the contrary information, specifically that the event couldn't have occurred, which was factually determinable, was blackballed.
Who blackballed it and why?
If ChatGPT was forced to disclose this as a "prime directive" then you go sue the PERSON who did that and bankrupt them, since the amplification of the false statement made by said AI is significant enough that NOBODY survives such an event financially and, quite-probably, freedom-wise.
