Sent to my mailbag, and it is the last part of the document that is the most-interesting.

The PREP Act "protections" are void in the event of fraud or other intentional misconduct.

The remaining question is whether suborning same by the FDA provides any protection.

Note that both the Trump and Biden FDAs did this -- and continue to do this.

As we are now discovering the odds are that a significant percentage of those who took the jabs are ****ed and there's nothing you can do about it if you did so; what's done is done.

If you took these jabs, read this, and your blood doesn't run cold -- or hot enough to get the people who did it to you -- your IQ is smaller than your shoe size.

Click for it; it's a PDF so you do need a PDF reader on your device.

PS: If you took the Moderna one don't think you're in better shape.  You're probably not for reasons I've gone into before; Moderna has been trying to make this technology work for cancer treatment over more than a decade's time, and has had them fail on safety in pre-clinical testing.  That's right -- before it ever got tested on humans.

OK, I read it, and admit my ignorance to the ramifications.

It *looks* to me like they purposely DID NOT test for certain things, and their best response is "We don't know." That, and the table with the highlights and arrows... it looks like some rather unhealthy stuff tends to stay around in organs that are pretty vital to continued survival.

Got boosters? (If so, I hope you also have your last will and testaments figured out, holy ****.)

Correct @Frat. Oh, and by the way, Moderna in particular has tested this technology before as they've been trying to make it work for various cancers for about ten years.

It has failed repeatedly in animal pre-clinical trials on toxicity.

As such everyone in the business knew damn well that not running those pre-clinicals was well into the "gross negligence" column.

Hey now, I might not be able to parse medical documents like a lot of folks here, but I DID read and understand my Socrates:

"The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing."

Damn shame most folks can't admit it. And even worse that those same folks are usually the ones making decisions that affect ALL of us. I've mentioned it in The Bar before, but I'm no longer against most of the population taking these jabs. By all means... it will rid us of most of their stupidity. I still hate it for the KIDS who didn't deserve to get jabbed by virtue signaling vunt Karen parents.

does not apply to vaccines intended to prevent infectious diseases

Whoever wrote that unfounded exemption missed the boat. In court, that "intent to prevent" doesn't even align with the stated objective of the "vaccine": reduction in symptom severity.

None of this passes scrutiny on the fundamentals. Practically every aspect of this entire evolution has been actively abetted by manufacturers, regulators, governors, media, corporations, courts, etc. They are genuinely of like mind.

Sent the link with the following comments to a (very, very) small text chat group of likeminded friends with the following comments:

Quote:
The moneyshot(s):
Finding 6: Pfizer used dishonest and self-serving interpretation of regulatory guidelines to avoid routine safety testing.

Finding 7: Both FDA and Pfizer knew about major toxicities associated with gene therapy class of medicines, and therefore cannot claim lack of anticipatory knowledge of these risks. This points to intentional fraud and collusion between Pfizer and the regulators to push this untested dangerous product on the market.

At what point do you tell people, like the concerned parents on the U of I forum, that there's nothing they can do, and that the government and companies knew, and that they [the parents] should have known better?

I'm very proud of my son. Not only did he not get the jab, but he also scammed his way out of the weekly testing requirements as well as finding his way into the school buildings without having to show his test results.

Reason: For clarity.

I know there are a few on the board who have not seen any vaxx related issues in their family or friends.

I am seeing SERIOUS issues in some friends AND a few family members. ( I posted up in the vaxxine side effects thread)

Before this is over I expect EVERYONE on the board to know someone who is screwed or passed away due to the vaxxines being rushed onto the market without due diligence (pre-clinicals) being done.

The cover up is just beginning. The sad thing is a huge part of the population will buy any lies thrown their way or not notice info missing in data being published.

Back at ya again, Karl. What you have done through the Tickerforum has LITERALLY(not figuratively) saved lives. (Just writing this chokes me up...you will truly never know how much you are appreciated and truly loved for your selfless contribution with the Tickerforum.)

I stood my ground with data you provided and did not vaccinate my kids, myself, and my wife and my parents stood firm, as well. The inlaws were of the first to line up, but we fully knew they would get vaxxed as they almost always blindly follow the herd.

Thank you, again!

Boobus Americanus are too stupid to understand. Or too busy on Twitter and ****book. Or is it TikTok now?

If they ever do wake up, I doubt even the DOJ can protect the bastards that invented and approved this crap.

I see Germany is finally coming around by admitting severe adverse events are 40 times higher than previously reported.

By eviscerating PREP, it would only affect the jab, not the medical murder using Remdesivir, correct @Tickerguy?

@Spanky - Probably. The PREP Act voiding is not on the entire act, but on the immunized party. In this case the pharmaceutical companies.

You'd have to make the same argument for Remdesivir, which incidentally probably CAN be made since it was rejected several times previously on adverse events, including for Ebola.

Interesting that several organs have a sex-linked difference. Men concentrate more in their adrenal glands, thyroid, and spinal cord. Women in their liver and spleen. Good news for all the strong independent women who don't need no men, there ain't going to be any for them anyway.

They were chopping at the bit to bypass all of the trials and the established process and discipline for developing vaccines.

Checkout this clip from 2019. The panel of experts think there is too much red tape and seem to imply the current validation process is antiquated.

Can we not just blow up the system?

Naomi Wolfe, with the assistance of the Bannon Warroom assembled a sizable group to go through the released documents and there are some damning discoveries. VAERS is evidently supposed to clue in the drug maker to the problems with their drugs, as well as the FDA. It appears these warnings have been ignored by both and by a sizable number of DC politicians. It appears to me only Ron Johnson is raising any questions. Has fascism achieved such a foothold in DC that there is a hear no evil, see no evil policy?

Tangentially related to this: a co-worker in my department a little older than me (closing on 60 I think) has taken a statin for decades, some family history of heart troubles (siblings) but I think that was more brought on by hard living (smoking, etc) than genetics.

Co-worker is thin, active but not athletic (takes care of a horse farm) doesn't smoke but also doesn't live low carb.

Hospitalized with a heart attack a few days ago. 100% blockage in one of the heart arteries. Cleared with a stent.

But my mind went to the jab. I'm 95% certain he is and perhaps even boosted.

Jury nullification is one of the "separation of powers" designed into the gov't.

If the Congress passes a bad law, and if enough people think it is a bad law, then when they are on a jury they vote to acquit, and the bad law cannot be enforced.

But it only works if people know about it. Click and read that link!

One law I suggest that you nullify, if and when you are on a jury considering it, is the law passed when Clinton was president making it illegal to lie to a federal government official. Politicians lie to us all the time. Police purposely lie to people they have arrested, claiming they have evidence they don't have, trying to obtain a confession. If the government can lie to us, and get away with it, then it should not be a crime to lie to them.

As an example of how strongly I feel about this, and as an example of my character, if some liberal ****-head (but I repeat myself) were accused of lying to a government official, even about something as egregious as the vax mandates, or persecution of the January 6 demonstrators, I would vote to acquit on that charge.

Interesting thread:

"I'll just keep repeating - all 44,000 "patients" were numbered with an 8 digit number:
[Site number e.g. 1006][Patient number, e.g. 1001]
The patient numbers are CONSECUTIVE.

Can you see the problem?"

He expounds:

"I'll help.
The screenshot shows all the "site 1006" patient files uploaded in this week's document dump. They are now being uploaded as 1 pdf = 1 patient.

There were only 6 files = 6 patients.

The randomization log shows 181 patients at that site"

Then from another contributor:

It would appear that out of 181 trial participants, only 6 of them had files indicating they're actual people.

"The other 175 were either fabricated, synthetic data, or proper records were not collected."

Then another:
"
Court orders Pfizer to release FULL patient trial data from 4 sites.

Pfizer releases dataset which is "missing" most of the patients they claimed existed.

Strong hypothesis is that the other "patients" were synthetic (made up).
Potential for severe distortion of trial results."

A question posed:

They faked the whole trial?!"

And the answer:

"Only 97% of it"

This is a very good twitter to follow:

Thank you for this link. I read it and printed it out. As I did alot of yours and other articles relating to covid and then the shots.
To tell the truth, I only worried about the people I know and love and tried to tell them that the shots were poison. They all prefered to get their information from the t.v. They got the shots.
There is nothing I can do about that now. Only mourn.
The group I feel the sorriest for is the kids. They had no choice.
Holy Cow!! The kids had NO CHOICE!!

Good for your son. His spirit of getting around the rules reminds me of something I haven't thought about in a long, long time.
Back in about 2005, I had a meeting in lower Manhattan, not far from ground zero. Once the meeting was over, I had several hours to kill. It was a beautiful day, and since I was so close to ground zero, I wanted to check out what progress they'd been making rebuilding. But you couldn't see much due to fencing and plywood barriers ("Post No Bills") all over the place.
Hmm. Give up, or come up with a plan B?
Plan B.
The WFC are a couple of 40-50 story buildings right across the street from where the twin towers were. Can you picture them? They have the green rooftops, a dome on one, and a pyramid atop the other.
Well, after about 30 minutes of talking to building security in the lobby, and the management company reps on the phone up in Boston, guess where I ended up?
Yep, one of the maintenance guys escorted me to the lower most roof/ terrace, maybe 6 stories up. Got a decent view.
But I still couldn't see all that I wanted to see. Wasn't high enough.
So I talked the maintenance guy in to getting me all of the way up to the uppermost roof, where I wasn't cleared to go. Ended up with a complete view of all of ground zero, the Hudson River and downtown NYC.
Take shots in life.
I got some great pictures, and a great memory because I did.

@Maddmaxx -- Oh Sweet Jesus... the alleged 30,000 in the trials were not?

Oh........ my.

Now I understand why they didn't pull bloodwork. They would have been instantly busted since each one of those is unmistakably unique, and if you try to fake it you'll almost-certainly get caught due to repetition or other evidence that it wasn't really pulled and was "generated" instead.
