The horse deworming dose is 0.2 mg / kg, the same as the bottom of the range for humans for covid (0.2-0.4 mg / kg). Each notch on the dispenser is 50 lb, so if you're 200 lb, just move the lock ring up 4 notches for each dose.

Horses might like the taste, but I haven't seen any humans who do yet.
