@Flap - Substantially lower, given the moon is about 1/4 the size and mass of Earth. There are plenty of other problems with Europa, which is why I'd suggest a colony on a space station rather than directly on the moon itself. Still difficult, but easier to solve than all the shit you'd have to deal with living on the surface :)
