@Wileycoyote40 - Actually ALL color printers do for many, many years -- it's an anti-print-fraudulent-documents "feature" and damn few people know about it.

You'd have to go to the trouble to load custom firmware (if you can compile and build it) to get rid of that, assuming it's flash-updateable, which not all of them are. And that assumes you know about it in advance and have some way to get the source for the unit to make the changes and compile it. Or have JTAG gear and know how to use it, plus be able to decompile the code in question. Not impossible by any means, but also not a "pedestrian" thing.

@Expat_tom - I am much more concerned about the cluster**** that is the 17th Amendment taking the appointment of senators away from the states. In my opinion, that robbed the state legislatures of their plenary powers more so than what you put forth. Afterall, the states still have the power in how the electors are put forth.

have always assumed that there was ballot stuffing in the cities....well, this time it might have made a difference for a national election

The problem this time was that the normal ballot stuffing and cheating wasn't enough. Just like it wasn't enough for hillary. This time they were determined though, and went above and beyond to make sure they won... And they went too far. They were too obvious, too many people saw, too many people know.

And they've already proven they'll resort to violence.

Are you talking about the BLM protests? They're not for or against biden or trump. They made that clear when their leader sent that list of demands to biden.

Any violence actually against trump and his supporters are, almost without exception, paid criminals. I'm sure there are a few copycats that did it without prompting, but it's definitely not some huge movement. It's paid for by the same people busing antifa around and leaving pallets of bricks in useful places.

Maybe it's a lawyer show. Take your money. Lose on a technicality and talk about how close they were to winning. That will keep the red team engaged with their handlers.
I will be interested in seeing what is filed in court, with attorney signatures.

Which State had the GOP challenge the certification of the candidates on the ballot a few months ago? None. Harris appears to be ineligible due to 12th amendment. Silence on that.

If Trump retains the White House, he could let each Governor do their own riot control. If the rioters want to destroy their own homes, why interfere?

@Jwjw -- Except that Dominion was just slandered bigtime, as in "business ending" slander. Which means if they're full of **** then Dominion will come after them with both barrels and there will be a smoking ruin where they stood.

If they don't, well.... there's your answer.

And that's the problem -- if they DO then discovery goes, and it's all on the table. IF there are "scamming tools" in the code, well, Dominion is ****ed as they will be found.

So.... the game's on.

But we know scamming tools are in the code - they're even talked about the the manuals. This **** was known about a decade or more ago too.

That's what really pisses me off. None of this is new when it comes to the machines, except for the fact of who actually owns the companies.

They know all the back doors are there and they already have Dominion insiders ratting them out.

Dominion is already closing up shop and shredding and burning everything they can and moving out of town.

TG said and I quote:

"The Constitution says the Legislatures direct how Electors are appointed. Well, they did in the states, via legislative process. What is NOT CLEAR (and would be a case of first impression) is whether that authority is plenary; that is, can they turn around and IGNORE STATE STATUTE and do what they want in a situation like this? Yes, they'd be breaking state law, but that's for the State to deal with; on a FEDERAL level it means nothing. Further, there may be no penalty provision in said law, in which case they can't even be prosecuted for it effectively since upon conviction the punishment is..... NOTHING!"

I scanned the comments and as I expected didn't see ... forget it, NOBODY CAUGHT IT!

Article II Section 1 specific LANGUAGE states "..., as follows

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, ..."

NO WHERE is there reference to a state law, a court, a commission, a governor, a judge, court or SATAN himself!

It goes to the LEGISLATURE and if they got not cajones, we be .... !

All of this other BS is Mental MASTURBATION - You know it, they know it, the judges know it and any one with TWO functioning Brain Cells know it - TG has said it: Whatsa you goin' to do about it?

Maybe you ain't going to have a choice, IT'S just going to happen and happen it will and YOU ain't going to like it one bit because NOBODY has given a rat's ass about it in so long that it's back to square one!

Just saying.

M1919a2: It is Plenary and they can do it, and regardless of if there is voter fraud or not, I hope one of them does do it and it goes before the Supreme Court and the Court says:

'yup, they can't bind themselves by law anymore than they can pass an unconstitutional law for slavery'

Regardless of if it makes a damn bit of difference in this specific case.

Because both parties need to know there is a check and balance on their asses at the States and the People.

Why would there be massive and widespread fraud this year and not in 2016 when Donald Trump was first elected by slimmer margins than what Biden had this year? What the best argument for that?

Just seems like alot people here are convinced Trump lost because of massive and widespread fraud when that just highly unlikely.

Good point on defamation. I happened today to have filed a defamation suit for "under $100,000". I filed against the person. Will be interesting to see if the firm they were working for will join it.
I did try to work it out with CEO a few months ago. "I'm not going to listen to this" and he walked away. He could have made it right in a few minutes. He forced it to court where the remedy is a money judgment.

Gofundme for an effort to make a ballot system? Then open source it. Need some hardware integration. As you know, the necessary and uninteresting part is the documentation and training to make it viable. Would be interesting to see how many patriot types would walk the talk and fund it.

I think this election was a sting by Trump. Don your tin hat and come along.

He created an executive order regarding election interference in September 2018 and placed us under a national state of emergency.

This affidavit is regarding election fraud in Michigan. They began their investigation in November 2018. Did Trump hire them?

The servers were seized in Germany. If it was outside of the USA, the NSA should be able to snoop on it. NSA probably has everything regardless of whether the good or bad guys have the server. The natural news link claims it was CIA servers that were seized... Add in the comments made by Rudy & Sidney, there is some serious spy-vs-spy **** going on right now.

An issue nagging at me... why does a vote counting machine have a setting to weigh votes? Every vote should equal 1 vote. I mean those machines are literally just scanning the ballots and tabulating the results.. it should take very little code and not have any such functions on it. We know it was in there.. it was proven with diebold back in about 2000 before Congress if I recall correctly.

So IF they were using an algo to switch votes from Trump to Biden or giving weight to votes ie a vote for Biden = 1.5 votes and a vote for Trump = 0.5 votes, they'd have to make damn sure there wasn't a manual recount or that the ballots were destroyed immediately or that their own machines were used again to recount ... because a manual audit/recount of said votes would immediately set off red flags that votes weren't adding up like the machines claimed.

I still don't see any way Biden got more votes than Obama ever did when Biden almost never left his own house to campaign.

I agree with @Ihsmta. This presser was to give an opportunity for whistleblowers to come forward. The message is clear: We don't need your testimony to win the election. We are going to win it without even pursuing a civil case involving dominion. Make the deal.

I have no doubt whatsoever you are correct - I saw your post delineating it. I just really question the "shred of capacity in terms of thinking" in those indoctrinated by public schools for 12-16 years and having been lied to by the press for at least that long.

I KNOW you are correct, but I, in all seriousness, question the reasoning ability of the majority of the people in this country.

Yeah, I'm a bit jaded...

When I lived in Oregon I had reconnected with a classmate from the 6th grade-junior high-high school. She lived in Redmond, WA in the eastern 'burbs of Seattle. Turned out she had gotten a PhD and was an anthropology professor at a small local college. We had our political differences, but I didn't know how far left she was until she made the FB comment on the lead up to the 2016 election that "The end justifies the means." I immediately blocked her and we've had no further contact.

It will take a fatal overdose of red pills to undo the damage of professors like her brainwashing young minds at the government indoctrination camps. No amount of proof will be enough for the leftists.
