Thanks once again Karl for your research and effective distribution of truth & reality regarding the covid-19 issue. It's refreshing to stay informed daily!

With the 4th arriving soon, permit me to add a senior moment or two with your audience.

"An old-timer remembers the following. In school we studied English, math, science & history which allowed us lead America into the technological era. We still use 2 spaces after a period when typing. We remember the days of telephone party-lines, $0.19 cent gasoline and milk and ice being delivered to our homes.

Are we old-fashioned and out of date? Before writing us off, consider 1) we won WWII, fought in Korea, Vietnam & Iraq. 2) We can quote "the Pledge of Allegiance" & know where to place our hand when doing so! 3) We wore the uniform of our country with pride and some lost friends on battlefields. We didn't fight for the "Socialist States of America"; We fought for the Land of the Free & Home of the Brave!" We worn different uniforms but carried the same Flag! We have lived what many of you should have read in history books. And we feel no obligation to apologize to anyone for America!!

Yes, we are older and slower these days but rest assured, we have at least one good fight left in us! We took oaths to defend America from ALL enemies, foreign or domestic, and that's an oath we plan to keep. There are those now who want to destroy this land we love but, like our founders, there is no way we are going to remain silent!

May 27, 2020 -- A new study has shown that COVID-19 virus isolated from the stool of a sick patient can infect cells in a petri dish.

The research is a step toward proving a new route of transmission for the infection. If confirmed by future studies, it would mean that people could get sick by ingesting tiny amounts of stool from others who are infected -- called the fecal-oral route of transmission. Other diarrhea diseases that pass from person to person this way include cholera and hepatitis.

and like i said concerning the complete lack of monitoring of food service workers.

would it not be sick (pardon the pun) if the complete reason for NYC's higher numbers is the astonishing number of illegal aliens working in virtually all of its food service establishments with absolutely no health screenings. Ever go into a restroom at a NYC restaurant, yuck.

respectfully joining Karl, putting up the sign.

I live here in Houston. We are well prepared to take care of a surge. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/news/ho.... The ICU here is only 26% Covid. Hospitalizations actually already going down. It isn't unusual for the ICU in Houston to be full. We have plenty of room for overflow. Don't need your fear mongering.

Submitted a you tube with International best-selling author, Doctor Vernon Coleman MB ChB DSc FRSA, before and do so again. Why? He seems to have come to the conclusions posted here independent of you. And he estimates that between 100,000 and 150,000 old people have been murdered during the coronavirus hoax. He explains how and why. The link below!

I fear the reaction by Karen and the Screamers to new studies and facts supporting or confirming fecal-oral transmission of CV-19 will be to get masses of people onboard with wearing gloves. smiley Time and again they take new information, that people with critical thinking skills have figured out months in advance (but ignored or branded misinformation) and have irrational reactions.

I know as I have all kinds of letters after my name. It was for those who see the need and if you are going to battle the LETTERS, might be helpful, just like the oft stated truism - NEVER GO TO A KNIFE FIGHT WITHOUT A GUN! Weapons are Weapons, just make sure you got the BIGGER or at least EQUAL!

Oh! Talking about letters - the "a2" of M1919a2 denotes the Cavalry model of the Browning Light Machine Gun used by the U.S. Cavalry in the days of horse cavalry, just saying.

Just saying.

Here's a previous post I made about masks on Thursday, before the "Let Me Be Crystal Clear" quick hit by @Tickerguy: http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?single.... Sorry in advance for the long post, last one for a while since I'll be back on long shifts tomorrow.

A Sunday headline was that the White House capitulated to the Karen Borg again, officially recommending widespread mask use.

Everything Old is New Again

Just like the similarities between now and 1968, between the civil unrest and pandemic of similar size, there are similarities to the response to the 1918 pandemic. The few but increasing echoes of rhetoric and behaviors seen during historical cultural revolutions is worth monitoring closely.

This first article highlights some very similar government responses to the 1918 pandemic (which was substantially more deadly). It's interesting that 100+ year old game plans are founded on supposed new science and research - ignoring the RCT's that occurred in the intervening 100 years and cherry picking to fit a narrative: https://theconversation.com/face-masks-w....
Quote:
The Great Shutdown

In the US, no disease in history led to such intrusive restrictions as the great influenza. These included closures of schools, churches, soda fountains, theatres, movie houses, department stores and barber shops, and regulations on how much space should be allocated to people in indoor public places.

There were fines against coughing, sneezing, spitting, kissing and even talking outdoors those the Boston Globe called big talkers. Special influenza police were hired to round up children playing on street corners and occasionally even in their own backyards.

There was scientific debate from the beginning about whether the masks were effective, but the game began to change after French bacteriologist Charles Nicolle discovered in October 1918 that the influenza was much smaller than any other known bacterium.
San Francisco saw the creation of the anti-mask league, as well as protests and civil disobedience. People refused to wear masks in public or flaunted wearing them improperly. Some went to prison for not wearing them or refusing to pay fines.

In Tucson, Arizona, a banker insisted on going to jail instead of paying his fine for not masking up. In other western states, judges regularly refused to wear them in courtrooms. In Alberta, scores were fined in police courts for not wearing masks. In New South Wales, reports of violations flooded newspapers immediately after masks were made compulsory. Not even stretcher bearers carrying influenza victims followed the rules.

England was different. Masks were only advised as a precautionary measure in large cities, and then only for certain groups, such as influenza nurses in Manchester and Liverpool. Serious questions about efficacy only arose in March 1919, and only within the scientific community. Most British scientists now united against them, with the Lancet calling masks a dubious remedy.

These arguments were steadily being bolstered by statistics from the US. The head of Californias state board of health had presented late 1918 findings from San Franciscos best run hospital showing that 78% of nurses became infected despite their careful wearing of masks.
Physicians and health authorities also presented statistics comparing San Franciscos mortality rates with nearby San Mateo, Los Angeles and Chicago, none of which had made masks compulsory. Their mortality rates were either no worse or less. By the end of the pandemic in 1919, most scientists and health commissions had come to a consensus not unlike ours about the benefits of wearing masks.

Clearly, many of these details are relevant today. Its telling that a frivolous requirement became such an issue while more severe rules banned things like talking on street corners, kissing your fianc or attending religious services even in the heart of Americas Bible belt.
The authors of this second article comparing now with 1918 spin a narrative supporting universal masking: https://www.healthaffairs.org/action/coo.... Like the rest of the media scolds, their hypothesis about the potential benefits of widespread mask use assumes assiduous adherence to proper use and protocols by the general public.
Quote:
Second, the review of practices in 1918 demonstrates masks must be worn correctly and consistently, fully covering the nose and mouth, with sufficient layers to prevent the spread of droplets. Advocates for masks in 2020 can use this historical lesson to argue that masks must be worn properly, or they will not achieve their objectives.
As discussed on this forum, in 2020 masks are still not worn correctly by the masses, especially over long duration. As has been reiterated, touching and adjusting masks will add to the contamination of hands already contaminated by trace amounts of contaminated feces.

Some relevant quotes from recent articles written by people with letters behind their names:

Universal Masking in Hospitals in the Covid-19 Era, NEJM, 21 May 2020:https://www.nejm.org/action/cookieAbsent
Quote:
The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.

Cloth masks as source control

A historical overview of cloth masks notes their use in US healthcare settings starting in the late 1800s, first as source control on patients and nurses and later as PPE by nurses.

Kellogg, seeking a reason for the failure of cloth masks required for the public in stopping the 1918 influenza pandemic, found that the number of cloth layers needed to achieve acceptable efficiency made them difficult to breathe through and caused leakage around the mask.

(1) untrained users will not wear respirators correctly, (2) non-fit tested respirators are not likely to fit, and (3) improvised cloth masks do not provide the level of protection of a fit-tested respirator.

Murder of your populace is not that for which you stand in the DOCK!

The precedent was set in 1649 (U.S. laws flowed from and still exist as valid), 29 years after this country was claimed as part of the Empire of the United Kingdom.

The defendant, Charles I the English King, standing in the dock and convicted for VIOLATION OF HIS OATH OF OFFICE - Sentence of the Court - DEATH by Beheading!

Every official of every governmental body from DOG CATCHER to President SWEARS/AFFIRMS under and as REQUIRED of such official - Article VI of the Constitution of the United States of American wherein it states:

"The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution"

You will note that all the screaming done when these malefactors are hauled before congressional hearings or some such that they're TESTIMONY is under or not under the TO TELL THE TRUTH OATH, to-wit: Perjury which is a BS crime (hand slap punishment).

Why is the VIOLATION OF THEIR OATH OF OFFICE ignored?

Maybe it is because, TRUTH be KNOWN - A new profession would arise and be in full force and effect for years

THE professional HEADSMAN!

Just informing what the precedent punishment is - Just saying!

How many deaths were there really and how many were rushed to the hospital while dying to get a tube down their throat? I read that link M1919 put up. It was all over the place. Was it about nursing homes or about how effective they were in killing people in NY? Would we have ever heard of ventilators, had Cuomo not been on TV every day, screaming for more of them? Did they find any less effective treatment of CV19 than cramming a tube down throat, almost equivalent to putting them in a gas chamber?

Tucker Carlson had that woman in the video I posted here a week or so ago on last week. She had been through the battles in Florida prior and seen what worked. Elmhurst was doing it all wrong and she knew it. Priority was to intubate as many people as possible. I suspect this was for money and for political purposes, to enhance the scare of this nonsense. How many people di they kill for political purposes? How many flu caused deaths were labelled CV19, for the purpose of enhancing the death total. The flu wasn't exactly a piece of cake this season, but you could get $39,000, if you made it CV19 and induce more fear.

Why was there not a spike in NYC, if the bull**** they are pushing is correct? I think Karl nailed it. Are there a group of people with more **** on their hands than people in the streets without proper bathroom facilities? It wasn't like the city was full of open, functioning bathrooms. But, there have been enough cases in NYC that there was probably a lot of herd immunity and cross immunity. How much cross immunity do you get riding the subway every day? I count a little over 200,000 cases in NY, Queens, Kings and the Bronx. Times 10, that is 2 million. Plus, it hit early there, which means a lot of recovered cases were never reported, unless they died. 20% plus 50% is 70%, thus no spike.

There are 4.6 million people in Harris County Texas. 29,000 confirmed cases. At 10x, we are looking at 300,000 total. As linked as Houston is to South Louisiana, I suspect there were a lot more cases not found in March and April. Riots and suddenly we have a spike. The 15% mark would mean we need around 700,000 cases or 70,000 positive tests. Is there any better time to get it and not have the flu than July?

Dallas County has 2.6 million and Tarrant County 2.1 million. 15% would be 390,000 for Dallas and 300,000 for Tarrant (Ft. Worth). I have to believe the airline people have a high degree of immunity, because we should have had an epidemic early, otherwise. Neither are half way there, if 65% is the goal. But, we have had a lot of flu in Texas and that might provide cross immunity.

One thing it clear. The spike has nothing to do with masks. I have been to the deep west Texas sticks and people are masked. Probably 80% where I am. If they worked, that would be more than herd immunity. The 7 day positivity rate is 14.3%, which is nearly a double, in a week. Protestors in the streets? Did they all go get tested?

What I would like to know is how many of these infected have been masked up most of the time? They won't publish this, but I venture about the same as the percentage of them that wear masks. If this stuff was airborne, we would all have it.

Speaking of masks? Someone above mentioned people don't wear them right. I don't, because the only time I use one is to get through the door, then I take it off my nose. I see a chiropractor and acupuncture and those are close contacts. Costco is the only culprit so far and what was a 3 time a week trip, because I don't eat regular and junk is junk, the $1.50 big hotdog and drink beats the other crap I might spend $10 for. Twice in 2 months, come this week.

My guess is this is all a ploy to vaccinate us. Cramming 3 or 4 vaccines up your ass every year could make a few people a lot of money and kill a whole bunch of us in the process. I think they were talking about these demons in Revelations. In any case, if we did herd immunity, people would just stop coming down positive and it would be over by now. Daily cases in Sweden are now down to around 1000, meaning it would now take 28 years plus for everyone to come down with it. Their death rate of around 53 per 100,000 looks pretty good up against Cuomo's 120+ and 148 in New Jersey. I suspect their multiple confirmed to actual cases is higher too, because they weren't in a panic to find them.

Brazil is the other study, with partial shutdowns. Daily deaths appear to have peaked there. There are 21 million people in Sao Paulo, 265K cases and 14,000 deaths. Metro Rio has 13 million and 108K cases, 9789 deaths. The worst is over in both of these places, the same number of deaths as NY with 70% more people. Brazil has 210 million people and less than 1/2 the death reported as the USA. I wonder how many masks they have there? A lot of poor people, means toilets are a luxury.

The real question is, why is this called a pandemic when it appears most of Asia, where it was supposed to have started, sat it out? Reading Karl, I am beginning to suspect a lot has to do with how many pharmaceuticals people in western countries take. The other question is, did the Chinese only travel to the West?

Karl is entirely correct.. Unfortunately the problem of public hysteria is deep seeded. Last Friday a Dutch site I follow quoted this correspondence piece:

https://www.nejm.org/action/cookieAbsent

Note this;

Quote:
We first quantified the SARS-CoV-2 viral load in autopsy tissue samples obtained from 22 patients who had died from Covid-19.

So first you establish the cause of death being Covid-19 and than you cut them open in order to prove that Covid 19 is even worse than we thought.

Shouldn't we just cut them open with the most important goal being to approach things open-minded and then establish the cause of death?

Anywway this kind of "science" gives me that nagging feeling that a lot of doctors are bonkers. I hope I'm wrong.
