How do you eliminate a threat? Make it irrelevant. Here's the thing...war should be the last resort and we are not at this point. We can impact China more by bringing back our production in China to the US. Likewise we should stop buying chinese made goods. The economic impact alone will hit China where they live. Likewise, if you really want to screw with China we should arm Japan and Taiwan with Nukes. Finally, we MUST dominate the high ground...aka Space. We do these three things and China is toast.
