There is no Constitutional Right to vote.

There are constraints on conditioning voting on sex, race and age (over 18), and abolishing poll taxes.

However, it would be Constitutional to condition voting on an ownership interest in Real Estate, for example.

There is, however, a Constitutional Right to keep and bear arms.

The Demoncrats scream "discrimination" when it comes to any sort of ID requirement for voting.  The United States is nearly-unique in the world in this regard, incidentally -- most nations not only require some sort of government-issued ID at a federal, nation-wide level to vote they also take strong action against voting twice, doing things like marking your hand with an indelible ink that won't wear off (and cannot be washed off) for several days, for example.

The claim by the Demoncrats is that voting fraud "doesn't happen" in the United States.

They're lying.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Friday that the state has discovered 95,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls going back to 1996, 58,000 of whom have voted in at least one Texas election  -- an announcement likely to raise fresh concerns about the prospect of voter fraud.

Texas has some of the toughest requirements on a state level in the nation, yet they still have non-citizens registered and the majority of them have actually voted.

Just in Texas?  Uh, no.  Pennsylvania says there are 11,000 non-citizens registered.

Gee, I wonder why none of the states wanted that audit on this matter done.... if you remember, Trump tried to do it during his first year in office and all the states pushed back.  Now you know why.

This is outright fraud and puts every single Demoncrat that has insisted on enabling even more of it in the position of having advocated for and supporting outright overthrow of our government by non-citizens.

That's a felony.

This is really simple: only U.S. Citizens can legally vote, and only cast a single vote per election. This means some kind of voter ID is necessary to insure a fair election.

The only reason that you would not want to have a system which insures an honest election is if you were dishonest. Period.

I've come to the conclusion that the Marxists are taking over Western Civilization. Euroland is much closer to critical mass than is the U.S.. And right now the only hope (other than an EMP, a pole flip, a Grand Solar Minimum or some other catastrophe) is that one group of Marxists do battle with another and they end up ripping each other's throats out. This actually could happen in Euroland.

For 13 weeks the Yellow Vests have basically closed down the Champs Elyses and all of the major tourist attractions in Paris. The newly formed Italian government supports the Yellow Vests and not Marxist/Globalist Macron. Ouch! What a slap in the face.

Of course, it's only a matter of time before the Marxists in this country are doing the same thing. Just take a look at Amazon. One group of Marxists wants to loot Amazon and another group of globalist wants to headquarter it in New York. As a Native New Yorker the best that I can hope for is the two sides claw each other's eyes out...

And whatever I can do to help make that happen (even voting for that ****head, Trump) I will do. Anything to trigger the Leftys into a total meltdown is a good thing. Why? Because the ballot box is going to be useless.

This is what it's going to take: I watched this footage last night ofnthe Yellow Vests. This **** is largely going unreported, yet it is significant. https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=yout....

There are four boxes to be used in the defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury and ammo... And they all have to be used creatively. And one person can make a difference.

We saw it happen in Arizona. Five SPECIAL POLLING PLACES were set up in the Ghetto and they went door to door bringing people into vote with no ID required. They immediately took all the new Democratic ballots and mixed them up with the regular ballots so no one could prove otherwise. Our end result was Sinema was elected.

When I did my dissertation on local government citizenship, on a lark I went to the local bank and obtained a motor-voter registration form. That form takes the applicant's word that they are a citizen, and the local officials seldom do anything to prove that the applicant is a real US citizen.

Absentee ballots have long been abused for vote fraud, too. In my humble opinion, you should be required to present yourself at a polling place, and have to prove your identity, and your citizenship. Of course, that would never be allowed in most jurisdictions. And that is why vote fraud is so pervasive.

I have done some research on the net about voter fraud. Most of the places I have found used very specific language about voter ID fraud: that the instances of people voting as someone else are very few. This is likely true, but it completely avoids this issue. So they are lying.

When the housing market finally corrects and people are forced out of their property who will take over that Real Estate? Freddi, Fanny and banks. There are other concerns for not tying voting to Real Property, but if the banks ("on a lark I went to the local bank and obtained a motor-voter registration form") can give the impression you need them to vote....Yea that won't be good.

I would be much more on board with that.

However.

FACT: I have seen it. Democrats (I am sure Repubs are guilty too) have gone to Hispanic Community events and passed out voter registration forms. And people who have no right to be here in the first place are now registered to usurp American citizens.

I HAVE seen it, I KNOW people who have voted illegally.

The two major problems this causes is 1) The newly enrolled voters believe they are beholden to the people who gave them this "right" this = Democrats.

2) Most of these people know only citizens can vote, therefor if they can vote they have the same rights as an American citizen. This muddies the waters a lot and gives an undercurrent for the "Dreamer" aspect of being a true American to take hold and ties directly to Wa9jml's "and the local officials seldom do anything to prove that the applicant is a real US citizen." statement.

They need to be citizens to vote, Democrats sign them up to vote, some honestly do believe they are now "partially" a citizen. And the longer that goes on the more that lie takes hold.

I also know plenty of illegals who hold Real Estate in this country.

Which pushes me directly back to Clicks above argument.

Those are my two pennies, do with them as you will.

I find the whole ID thing incredible - especially since I moved to Canada. The humorless old ladies that run the polling stations here also humorlessly check everyone's government-issued ID before they let people vote. I definitely watched them card my husband and all my neighbors. They skipped no one.

And in today's paper:
Quote:
A North Carolina woman who helped her immigrant boyfriend register and vote is going to prison for helping the non-citizen vote.

U.S. District Judge Louise Wood Flanagan this week sentenced 66-year-old Denslo Allen Paige to two months in prison and a $250 fine. Paige advised Guadalupe Espinosa-Pena to register and vote in the November 2016 elections though he was ineligible as a Mexican citizen.

Espinosa-Pena was among 19 foreign nationals charged with illegal voting in August by federal prosecutors in eastern North Carolina.

Paige was a seasonal poll worker in Wake County, but she said she was never taught legal residents holding green cards like Espinosa-Pena werent allowed to vote. Paige said she thought workers at a help desk at the polling site would know if he could vote.

Just look at that! It isn't her fault because no one taught her that non-citzens aren't allowed to vote.
