Well now, what do we have here?

Four women have come forward to accuse New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman of physical abuse and controlling behavior during romantic relationships or encounters, The New Yorker reported in a bombshell exposé co-written by Ronan Farrow and published Monday night.

Mr. "I hate guns" (wouldn't want any victims to shoot me!) Schneiderman seems to have a wee woman problem.

The accusations are ridiculously salacious.  I'd tend to think they were a hit job, except for one problem -- they're remarkably consistent in tone, tenor, and span both different women and a fairly large amount of time.  Oh, and they include drug abuse allegations too..... (oops, especially for an AG!)

Hmmmm....

NYS Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said, “No one who displays clear warning signs of potential violence should be allowed to buy or possess a deadly firearm.

That would include you Mr. Schneiderman, right?

I mean, c'mon -- four separate women across a period of years claim you like to physically abuse and threaten women.... that would make you ineligible to own a gun on a mere accusation, right?

So why aren't in custody, *******?  Especially now that you've quit.... no more guns for you!

Why is it that the leftists that scream loudly about this and that are usually guilty of this or that. They very much see themselves as a ruling class where what they do doesn't matter - they just have to put on a show for the plebs...

I now understand why liberals are so adamant about gun control. First, they dont want their victims shooting back, guns being the great equalizer. Second, unlike us normals, they cant control themselves in private. They cant imagine us normals can so they must disarm us.

That's right Cvdoc. For these types of lib scumbags, it's all about projection. They project their own actions on everybody else. It's so damn apparent nowadays.

You have to think whoever does at least some of the writing for "Billions" had this clown in mind during their character development, like the one of the US attorney for the SDNY who liked to be whipped and pissed on, instead of this guy who likes dealing it out instead.

I've ready a couple of lame-stream processed news product articles on this one this morning and I can't seem to find one that blasts in bold type, all caps which party he belongs to. I'm sure it was just an unintentional oversight.

The next questions revolve around who besides Donald Trump knew and what hey did about it. Clearly nothing but tell the victims who confided in them to stay silent.

What about the doctors. These women saw doctors, also known as mandated reporters. Lets find out who the doctors were, and if they didn't report they can face charges.

yep, narcissists reveal themselves through what they criticize or attempt to punish. one key to their psychology is that their own internal criticism of themselves which all well developed people should have is in their case counter to their inability to accept it. they thus view it as it must be coming from others breeding their hatred and reaction of throwing it back to others in a specific way. by example a narcissist who knows that he cannot regulate his emotions hates the person who can own an arsenal of firearms and not lose self control regardless of the situation. thus the narcissist is a destructive entity in that he wants to destroy that which he cannot be. his whole life is about appearing to be, not being.

tip, when interviewing someone, especially for a position of authority, watch for what they present as a general assumed weakness or vice in those over whom they will preside. secondly, look at their causes or that which they make a name for themselves if it involves policing wrong actions or inadequacies in others. this is definitely a vice for the subject.

If it is true his actions speak more about control and him believing he is better than those around him especially women.

When Bill Cosby was originally accused I defended him, but as Karl points out when you have several accusations that mirror each other it starts to look REAL suspicious.

If his partner/s are not consenting to being treated like that, that is abuse. He has no respect for women and if a person does not have respect for someone they are in a relationship with they have no respect for anybody.

I certainly would not want him around anybody I know especially anyone I care about.

At least he didn't decide to become a Catholic priest

Exactly.

It's not for me to say what is "legitimate" sexual conduct between two consenting adults. The key word here is consenting.

At the point someone STOPS consenting, if the threats come out.....

cvdoc, you're advocating for being placed into a position of distrust? You realize that rules like this make people actively avoid going to doctors, right? How do you consider that support for mandatory reporting is consistent with the Hippocratic oath?

It's time to lock him up because for too long VIPs have felt that maybe losing their job or giving back some money is punishment enough. It's time to send someone to PTIA Prison.

I think that these leftists think that they are born to command, and the rest of us are born to obey. The only time that the peons get their revenge and/or justice on these jackasses is in prison. So it is a priority for our rulers to avoid that place at all costs. Hence the Too Big to Jail phenomenon.

My initial thought was that these were consentual relationships, and that Weinstein hired a gaggle of P.I.s with a few bags of cash to go sniffing for dirt on his prosecutor.

The accusations while salacious certainly aren't that crazy. Guy liked rough sex and drank a lot (at home). He abused Rx medications, and these women supplied them to him. Aren't both parties culpable if true?

Not saying he isn't a scum bag, I just find the timing of the "revelations" interesting.

Spank, that is not that far-fetched as a theory. I have come to realize, over my years, that those who openly advocate what they are AGAINST most vocally, is also what they are generally/secretly guilty of in their own lives. Just saying....(not directed at you, BTW)

Mandatory reporting laws are in force in order to smoke out crimes. My wife is a teacher, and has had to "make the call" a few times. As have I with my job.

Sometimes you are totally wrong. Sometimes not.

My youngest was a preemie. We were at an urgent care a year ago, and the doc was about to call DFS till an old nurse walked in, looked at my youngest's head, and asked how early she was born (Preemies have different facial features). A doc could see ligations and bruising and call, but I guess they didn't because it was known she was "with" him.

Redjack, the only things worthy of being smoked out in that fashion are kidnapping, murder, and crimes which are being committed/contemplated by or against either a natural person lacking in normal mental faculties (dementia/disabled) or someone other than a natural person (e.g. corporations). Police and medical professionals routinely falsify their reporting, and yet are held in higher esteem and considered more trustworthy and reliable than the average Jane.

In all other cases the victims can choose whether or not to seek assistance.

It's the same argument as the pro-union lobby. "Think of the victims/employees. They can't be expected to speak up for themselves."

this guy is an AG. at the time of the incident(s) the women are accusing someone who has a collegial relationship with the law enforcement community. best case scenario is that they are not believed, worst is retaliation of the worst kind.

i have been on the receiving end of a similar situation and it was not much fun. people with any sort of disciplinary or evaluative power over you can seriously **** up your life. they only way to deal with them is through absolute reckless abandon or networking with other aggrieved parties.

dirtbags find their way into positions of power as narcissists are essentially lazy and have the delusion that they are superior. thus the workers of the world must serve them. lacking any normal psychology, they get sicker in their behavior until the risk of a fall gets more probable. twenty years ago, he would have gotten away with this. now it is dirtbag against dirtbag and they are outing each other.
