They were just getting started in 2007. Plunder is now the sole purpose of the system and must be preserved at all costs. History tells us what's to come...

It's always good to hear from Max...especially when he uses terms like "straight jacket" and "beaten to death" in his commentary.

His guest was interesting. He kept hammering away at political activism, the need for the people to demand the return of capitalism. But how do you do that without also renouncing socialism (lawful plundering)? Anybody see that happening any time soon?

Leaking information so the public at large can be raped and sodomized is part of the public bailout of the bankers. The unspoken TARP that never has to be repaid.

We didn't raise your taxes, we just opened up your wallets and let the bankers pick out what they wanted. Thank you for your generous contribution to paying for the risks taken on by the banking industry.

Sure the bankers paid back the TARP money and the govt claims to have made a profit. That would mean the only loser is.. YOU. Nobody goes to jail, nobody committed any crimes and thank you for that generous campaign contribution and arranging and filling that $20k a plate fundraiser paid for with all you banker bonuses.

This will never be fixed until congress is held to account and prohibited from taking money in exchange for favors. We don't need a war on drugs or terror, we need a war on congress. The one thing congress is expected to do every year is pass a budget. The one thing that needs to be done. We have not had one for what? 4 years now? And these guys get paychecks why? Obviously they are far too busy selling you out and lining their pockets to do their job.

Ya just gotta love Max Keiser. Few financial commentators on the web are as splendidly irreverent and truthful. For a fantasy/comedy moment, imagine Max replacing Brian Williams on the nightly news. The ratings would catapult simply by virtue of the fact that the American public is so starved for the truth. The American public has been so dumbed down that few have any idea how they've been swindled and robbed over the last several years. The schools still teach the kids about 'equality under the law' and 'consent of the governed' in the public schools and the parents go along with it. If they would let strangers lie to their children and get away with it, why would anyone bother holding Turbo Timmy accountable?

Karl - I was standing right along side you that day in August. I lost something like $40,000 that day. Ouch! I made it back in 2008 in multiples. My gut fill was that someone in the Federal Reserve had leaked that info to the banks. I now know exactly which one of those criminals did that.

Interesting, I had a meeting with a guy from Italy and Spain this week. They were both cursing the situation in their countries. The one in Italy indicated that the criminality is now so persuasive that there is only one way out -- violence. This was not some hoodlum. Middle class business man.

Rvacha: "But how do you do that without also renouncing socialism (lawful plundering)? "

The labels have become an obstruction, and it is better to look at things at the fundamental level.

Socialism is just a greater or lesser corruption of Democracy with a selection of fancy labels slapped on it.

'The Party' or 'the State' or 'the elites' is just a greater or lesser corruption of Aristocracy, again with a selection of fancy labels slapped on it.

'Petty' Dictators (Czars, Chairmen of this that and the other) at every level are just a greater or lesser corruption of Monarchy/Dictatorship, yet again disguised with fancy labels.

Each of the three pure forms of Government, inevitably end up as lawless States, at varying speeds (much depending on the degrees of greater or lesser corruption) because there is ALWAYS a power grab and no Rule of Law (making Law is the exercising of power), and the Law becomes "The Law is what we say it is". Which means no Contract, Treaty, Arrangement, Understanding, Right, Liberty, or Freedom, is safe, because nothing is any longer worth the paper it is printed on, and the Law is subject to convenience, whim, mood, or temper. This is a bit of paper that resulted from dealings with a lawless State - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FO725Hbzf.... .

This is what was ripping the hair out of the ancient philosophers, because they couldn't see a way out of the continuous cycles of collapse and catastrophic failure, associated with each form of Government. All too often accompanied by bloodshed, Civil War, wars with neighbours, factions eliminating each other, ends of Civilisation, etc.

Their ideal solution was a balanced Republic, incorporating all three forms to take advantage of the indispensable strengths of each, and to avoid the inevitable and fatal flaws of each. But they couldn't see how to prevent the power grab and resulting lawless State, so reluctantly agreed that the best option in the circumstances, was a benign Dictator (but unfortunately even benign Dictators tend to have very short lives - due to those factional power grabs).

Then along came John Locke, who proved the tyrannical abomination and lie that is "Divine Right of Kings" (or "Divine Right of the Party", "Divine Right of the mob" or whatever), which is just "The Law is what we say it is", and he proved the validity of the Rule of Law with "If the Law makes the King, then the King is subject to the Law", inventing the Scientific Method - Empiricism - to do it.

This allowed power to be swept off the table, and placed out of the reach of those who seek it, by placing it in the safe custody of the Law, and consequently forbidding representatives to make Law - they must LEGISLATE instead, and ALL Legislation, must comply with the Law to be 'lawful'. Otherwise, it is illegal, and void. Which of course means the Rule of Law isn't just a bunch of fancy but meaningless words, it is absolutely literal.

In our case (the UK), to prevent the cat fights and consequent power grabs, each form of Government was given its own 'House' (Commons, Lords, and Monarchy) to keep them apart.

Along with an independent Judiciary, and a Jury of our Peers (who are the final Constitutional arbiters that can find that legislation is not in compliance with the Law), and ALL under the Rule of Law. As an aside, all Legislation must be thoroughly debated in Government, so that the INTENT of Government can be determined by the Court. If there is no debate, then the intent cannot be determined, and the Judge should THROW IT OUT before it even reaches a Jury.

To illustrate how successful a concept this is, and how well it worked, it took over 300 years for enemies foreign and domestic, to get to the point where they are destroying the foundations. Over 300 years of largely internal peace because of it (compare our cycle of historical violence prior, due to the lawless State cycles).

Unfortunately we are now on the verge of those cycles of violence and catastrophic collapse kicking off for real once again, and with the efforts that have been put in to disguise the Constitutional and Legal truth over the years ('Law' courses over here don't even teach Law any more), I now honestly don't know if we will be able to break out of those cycles once again. Once the knowledge is gone, it might well be Tilt! Game Over.

We face an extremely bleak future if we can't, and it will be just as bleak for those that seek to profit from a lawless State (NOBODY is safe in a lawless State, no matter their means or station in Society, and factions will eliminate them, before it is their turn to be eliminated).

For those that think anarchy can avoid that fate, sorry, but anarchy is just the express lane right up to the doors of a lawless State. If you think anarchy is any sort of answer, you are going to be seriously disappointed, and when the biggest, baddest, meanest psychopath kills their way to the top (those who think they will profit, are rapidly nullified by an individual they simply won't be able to comprehend or compete with) says "JUMP", the only answer left will be "How high?".

America's Founding Fathers fixed some significant damage that had been done to our Common Law in the early 18th Century. Sneaky bastards have been doing it all down the line with us, and you can guarantee they have been doing it to you too.

Both of us have a pretty substantial repair job to do, and when you/we get the chance, you are going to have to look deeply below the surface, and have a lot of shovels to clear out the **** that has been dumped inside.

Just because it is in a Law book, DON'T presume that an entry is accurate. Even punctuation will have to be double/triple/quadruple checked with the earliest records.

Let's hope and pray we can all get to that point.

"The end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings capable of law, where there is no law, there is no freedom." John Locke

Nice; this was one of the better Keiser Reports. Ramirez is interesting to listen to as well: succinct and to the point. I'll have to grab his book one of these days.

What these elite fascist have to worry about isn't an all out street fight war like mentioned in the video. It's one or a few people getting so*****ed off and jaded at the system and how it has treated them that they decide to go "malvo" on on these elitist.

So @ about 8:10ish Max starts talking about how to profit from that insider info.. He calls it "lookback" trading and he says that he had done it many times. So he's obviously got a sketchy history.

Anyone have a quick explanation as to how he found his way in that seat speaking out against the very thing that he used to profit from?

And I'm sure he gave back his ill-gotten gains, right? Or is it a case of "I got mine (and kept it all) but now I see the light and I'm a courageous whistle-blower now!"

At the end of the day the truth is the truth and I'm glad he's exposing this.

Kt, that's what I was wondering about. Not sure if we'd ever get to the bottom of that; I mean, I don't see Max admitting to something like that. Perhaps he should, perhaps he already did, I have no idea. But he was a broker and knows the **** that goes down. When he made that statement I immediately wondered if Max wrote a book on his Wall Street days that went into more depth. I dunno; I don't follow the guy like I do Karl. But he kinda left us hanging there, didn't he?
