Given the Obamacare vote, I think the Supremes will reverse this ruling 5-4. This isn't about the law but ideology.

This ruling is about the Constitution. That is all that it is about. Obama said that he would decide when Congress is in session. The court said, "No you won't!"
The Supreme Court will affirm this decision 9-0. This case is about the separation of powers. That is all it is about. If Obama can dictate to Congress, then he can likewise dictate to the court.
One president is not going to be allowed to ruin the separation of powers. The courts are protecting themselves as much as they are protecting Congress.
Unfortunately, there are some in Congress who do not understand the Constitution and the separation of powers. They see themselves as a sub-branch of the Executive Branch. We see this when they urge Obama to raise the debt ceiling on his own. They do not realize they are destroying the power of their own branch.
You do not destroy the Legislative Branch for the benefit of one president just because he happens to be your party's guy. You do not destroy the institution for short-term advantage.
Hopefully, Reid and Pelosi are not that stupid. And even if they are, I don't think the Supreme Court is that stupid.

Think this Socialist NAZI cares anything about the Constitution. Congress better start caring or they will become a non-entity. They need to strip the President of his authority on a lot of fronts when it comes to Executive Orders or they will be deemed unnecessary. The NRA should sue to fight the executive orders he issued last week on guns or they should be deemed unnecessary. They should be stopped with a suit, because they overstep his Constitutional authority. Hitler didn't care anything about the Constitution either and it needs to be made clear the President isn't above it or we will never know peace.
