It May Be About To Get Real (Middle East)

Let's hope it doesn't, but....

There are multiple reports that Israel has troops and armor headed for Gaza. This is in response to rocket attacks that have been splayed all over Israel over the last few days, including a reported attack in Tel-Aviv that apparently did not come from Gaza.

Egypt, as you may remember, is no longer a US Puppet government under Mubarak, and the Muslim Brotherhood may not take kindly to heavy military operations on their doorstep. They may also find it expedient to try to help some of the Palestinians on the other side of the border.

The scenarios only get worse from there.

Pray for cool heads folks. The last thing we need right now is a regional outbreak of war.

I was wondering about that, but haven't seen anything in the locations I normally peruse. I'm not sure a regional war is the last thing we need. China this week also completed all transactions for the world to use the Chinese yuan instead of the US dollar for oil. Any question about why we suddenly need a war? Goodbye petrodollars. This will put a dent in the Bernake's plan to further export inflation via the petrodollar. People might want to stock up on fuel now if they can. China has been going full bore on their WMD programs and it is now predicted they'll have nuclear missile launched by submarine within 2 years. Trade with China - yeah.
