This will come back to haunt not only them but US when the next round starts. Also I have to wonder if they had any recovered weapons there?

But it was too late to help the Americans in Benghazi. The ambassador and three others were dead.

I'm sorry, this makes no sense! Why would any U.S administration hand over anti aircraft missiles to Gaddaffi, a man who masterminded the bombing of a Pan Am plane? In my opinion, the only reason the CIA operatives were in Benghazi was to ascertain the level of extremist Al Qaeda/Islamist connections with the Libyan rebels.
FWIW, when I want to listen or watch unbiased news about the U.S.A. I go to the BBC, France24, Russia Times, NPR/PBS, Al-Jazeera, Democracy Now, CSPAN. I also enjoy watching The Daily show with Jon Stewart.

I thought that the missing missiles were MANPAD’s mostly Sa24’s, and SA 7’s. Made in Russia. There were reports we were trying to scoop them up before they fell into the wrong hands. I had no idea we sold them to daffy.

Exactly, Worker! The difference is that Benghazi was their impromptu fraud to cover up their security screw-up (and to hide the obvious continuing existence of Al Qaeda despite Obama having personally killed Bin Laden with a garrote), while Fast & Furious was a pre-meditated plan to let a bunch of Mexicans get killed with traceable US guns so that Obama could implement more gun control - all of which would be obvious if the administration would release the documents that have been subpoenaed by congress. Watergate was child's play compared to Fast & Furious.

Clueless, that's true. They were blue badgers and at least one (Ty Woods) was on the mission re: MANPADS (man portable anti-air missiles). They were not part of the security detail.
I heard from another blue badger that they were ordered by their superior to stay in the annex (away from the main compound that was initially attacked). They went anyway, toward the sounds of gunfire, and started dropping 40mm HE rounds (golden eggs) into crowds of attackers. Unfortunately they were killed by well placed mortar rounds. Yep, mortar rounds. No mob should ever form up with a mortar team in place.

Glenn Beck has been all over this, as a hunch shortly after the attack and now with more facts.
I hope you non- or third-party voters reconsider voting for Romney now. He
sucks, but Obama is a traitor and is getting people KILLED and needs to go at minimum (arrested and tried would be better but I'll take what I can get right now).
Don't be surprised if we lose more airliners to weapons we "lost" over there, too.
