In the movie The Matrix you had to choose between the red pill and the blue pill. This fall we have to choose between the lighter colored turd and the darker colored turd. Which flavor do you want for your **** ? Flap

Gary Johnson is nothing more than a schmuck Republican who couldn't convince anyone to support his bid for the presidency - BECAUSE HE'S A ****ING MORON DOUCHENOZZLE. He went WAY into debt while attempting it, and he needed a way to cover his ass - BAM - "NOW I'M A LIBERTARIAN!" Utter and complete BULL****.
He's a ****ing idiot, plain and simple. So this election really IS something special - instead of two complete ****ing dip**** *******s running for prez from the top two parties, we've get the ****tard Trifecta with Johnson completing it for us.
We are SO ****ed. At times like this, I wish I smoked pot - at least then I could ignore the complete and utter epic cluster**** we're currently living in, and then I'd have a reason to support Johnson.

Well, it tells me one thing: he obviously don't read the Ticker, and he ain't no libertarian. More like a Republican shill, if anything. Heck, they'll probably pay off that campaign debt of his as well.

Quote:We didn't lose an Ambassador over a video. That was a military operation and there was exactly nothing random or spontaneous about it. Or have you been ignoring the news? Reminds me of the "Financial News" media. "Feds Rate cut Rallies Market"...24hrs later the DOW pulls back..."Markets Fear Feds Rate cut". We almost never know the truth up front for any event. But the media wants to be first in telling us what happened; so they go with what's easy and right in front of their eyes...unfortunately, it's most often wool. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Quote:As for us being in The Middle East if we'd pull our head out of our ass on energy policy then we wouldn't need to spend half of what we do on military force nor would we need to guard our access to foreign oil. I think oil is secondary. The primary driver is all of the jobs/money dependent upon the military industrial complex..which, ironically, needs lots of oil to build (and deliver) the bombs to protect the oil. The USAF wanted to shut down an F15 fighter squad here in Iowa...Our Congressman fought it (and finally killed it) tooth and nail to "save 100's of jobs"...yeah, like we need air defense in Iowa provided by a bunch rickety old F15's. Romney/Ryan: $2.1 Trillion more Military spending than Obama/Biden. Romney/Ryan: Wind energy is a fad; "you can't put a windmill on your car"...In Iowa, we get 20% of our electricity from wind... Obama/Biden: Alternative energy is our future. Kick me in the nuts! I now have a second solid reason to vote Obama.

Debt - please tell me you're ****ing joking. The first reason you claim - that he's wary about putting our sons in harm's way? BULL-****ING-****. He left Iraq on Bush's original plan, and his ROE changes in the 'Stan did more to "conduct an exit strategy" (over 5+ years?!) and PUT OUR SON'S IN INCREASED HARM'S WAY than it did to do anything else - to save face - AGAIN - to the same people who want us ****ing DEAD. Karzai ain't our friend....
EDIT: What about ****ing LIBYA TAKE ONE? You know, where we constantly flew over and bombed the country? That IS harm's way, definition 101.
... just as Obama/Biden's "energy plans" are NOT our ****ing future, they're a ****ing JOKE. See Karl's multiple Tickers on FEASIBLE energy policy. Your fearless leader up there wants to GTFO of coal (dumb, dumb ****ING RETARDEDLY DUMB), refuses to approve or RE-approve leases on nuke plants, and drops BILLIONS in ****-holes like Solyndra - and it AIN'T BECAUSE THEY'RE ECONOMICALLY FEASIBLE.
It's all bull**** man - as are your "reasons" for re-electing that ****stain. No, I'm not saying "vote for Romnuts" - that won't cross my lips. But seriously? You still claim to be independent while spouting bull**** reasons for keeping Obama?
Wow.

They think he'll get 5% of the vote and thus federal funding forward for future Presidential campaigns.
My response to that is simple: Sold to them.

Frat, Name a new war with boots on ground courtesy of Obama? Bush handed Obama a **** sandwich with these wars; I think Obama's done "ok" with getting us out. He couldn't "Cut and Run", a draw down was all he could really do. The surge..sigh...its all depressingly complicated...but at the core, it wasn't Obama that started them. ~~~~~~~~~~ "What about ****ing LIBYA TAKE ONE?" No (large number of infantry) boots on the ground; limited action to pacify Italy and France. Tons of north Africans were landing in Italy and Italy was threatening to directly ship them to France and Germany...Obama buckled and did just enough to ensure Kadaffy got a broomstick in his ass. "Italy Seeks E.U. Aid to Cope With Libyan Refugees" http://www.nytimes.com/2011/02/25/world/....What would McCain/Palin have done? How about Mittens? ~~~~~~~~~~~ "Obama/Biden's "energy plans" are NOT our ****ing future" Yeah they are if we kept knuckle heads like Romney/Ryan out of power. Romney/Ryan calls windmills a fad. The reality is in Iowa we get 20% of electricity from wind with a goal of nearly 100% in the next 30 years. Wind in Iowa today provides 7000 jobs that can't be outsourced. cellulosic ethanol is the future and it's here today; if we stay on that path our cars will all run on 100% ethanol within 20 years...those that still run on liquid fuel anyway...we get tons of cheap electricity from wind...so electric cars should rule the world. ~~~~~~~ "Your fearless leader up there wants to GTFO of coal" Hell yes! Not totally and not today..but over time you betcha...we don't need to, and shouldn't depend on it long term. Every glass of water I drink and every fish I catch has Mercury in it; courtesy of burning coal...no thanks. ~~~~~~~~~~~ "refuses to approve or RE-approve leases on nuke plants" You want one of those ****ing things upwind from you? **** that! They're trying to build a nuke plant here in Iowa, and it's NOT Obama standing in the way...it's the people...HELL NO! is the cry...Republicans and Democrats alike...the only people that want it are those that will profit from it...F' them! I would like to see those salt reactors in play though.

The only reason we're out of Iraq is because their government kicked us out, not because Obama was willing to pull out. We're still in Afghanistan, for God knows why, and we're losing people every week. We put pilots, intelligence officers, and sailors at risk in Libya in order to hand what was a relatively stable country over to a weak government that allows terrorists to storm embassies. We lost 4 people because of it.
Debt, just admit you're a leftist who is in the tank for Obama. You're not looking for reasons to vote for him because you've already made up your mind to pull the lever for anyone with a "D" next to their name. You go on about "right wing conservatives" while you're just as partisan - just the liberal version.
You're just another "mastermind" statist who has all these plans to revolutionize this or that with no idea how to implement them other than "the government will...". I have no problems with wind or ethanol (though I do have issues with farm subsidies to corn producers so we can turn food into fuel), but I do take issue with how hostile this government is towards coal, which produces between 40-70% depending on where you live. Until you have a way to replace 100% of the energy that coal produces, you need to keep your hands off it. The NIMBY bastards are also annoying. You want cheap energy but you don't want to put up with a reactor in your hometown.

Quote:You're just another "mastermind" statist who has all these plans to revolutionize this or that with no idea how to implement them other than "the government will..." 20% of the electricity I'm using right now, to inform you of your ignorance, is coming from windmills designed, built, installed and operated by private companies and utilities. Did you here that? That was your "no idea how to implement them" argument taking a bullet to the head. Quote:I do have issues with farm subsidies to corn producers so we can turn food into fuel) The Ethanol I'm putting in my car today is mostly from corn, which was ok back in the day, but we knew that long term it wasn't a good solution, so the journey to cellulosic ethanol began years ago. Today, in my proverbial backyard: "DuPont lets engineering contract for Iowa cellulosic ethanol project" >The Iowa plant will be designed to process 1,300 tons/day of corn cobs, leaves, and stalks to produce 27.5 million gal/year of ethanol< This is just one plant; others are being built with many more in the pipeline. http://www.ogj.com/articles/2012/07/dupo....Today and tomorrow, we need Coal, Nuclear and oil...The argument (from me anyway) is not to shut these sources of energy down "RIGHT NOW"...no, that would be stupid...my desire is for us to commit to phasing them way back over the next 30 years or so...and I know we can do it because we already have the technology and it works...we just just have to keep backwards looking, short-sighted bone-heads like Romney/Ryan out of positions of power where they can pass laws to the favor of oil, gas, coal, nuclear and to the detriment of wind, ethanol and, yes, even salt reactors.... Quote:You want cheap energy but you don't want to put up with a reactor in your hometown. I would love to see your reaction if a Nuke Plant was announced within a mile of your home...I'm sure you'd be ecstatic along with all of your neighbors...Property values would skyrocket I'm sure... Look at how stupid building one in Iowa is. To begin with, we're well on our way to the bulk of our electricity needs coming from wind. No matter where the plant was built, it would be upwind from some the best cropland on the planet. One Japan style disaster and you've rendered that land useless for 100's if not 1000's of years...You think it's stupid to turn food into fuel..how stupid is it to risk turning food producing land into a nuclear waste zone for generations when the plant wasn't a necessity in the first place? AND...why are Romney/Ryan pushing for traditional nuke instead of Salts? Romney want's to pull me in his camp?...try pushing Salt Reactors...that would be a great start...but nope..Romney/Ryan want old school Nuclear...wind?...from Romney/Ryan I get "You can't put a windmill on the roof of your car"...wonder why I'm voting Obama and why Iowa in general is voting Obama?

Debt: There is insufficient arable land to grow the biomass to make that ethanol. Without large-scale aquaculture on non-arable land (which requires the aforementioned nuclear power to work as it requires pumping, filtration and similar) we cannot achieve more than ~7% replacement of transportation fuels from biomass sources irrespective of how.
We can obtain 100% replacement right now with CTL and thorium. That's a fact; I've done the math, and it works. You can do the math too. The ticker with the math is still up. Go look at it.
Biomass is a scam; it is both expensive on a comparative basis and has landmass and insolation limits that make it a non-answer. But if it makes you feel good, well, there you go...

Ethanol is a poor choice for fuel. Low energy density and its specific gravity prevents its use in our pipe lines.

Debt-****-Pile is a fool. No he is a mendacious **** bag who likes to steal from others. Independent my ass. Its the same line of sophistry that Statits love to run. Look at me im independent he has to EARN my precious vote if only he would..... if if if Its complete Bull****. They will find the biggest statist waving the preferred flag and that is it. ****Pile has already chosen the Donkey one. Change your mind my ass. Its a lie. Its always been a lie. People like this _love_ stealing from their neighbor, they _love_ the killings, they _love_ threatenting thier neighbor with death. All his solutions have or require subsidy. Wind subsidies. Check. Ethanol subsidies. Check. Ethanol mandates E10/E15 check. His preferred policy prescription include a must sale 4 gallons of fuel because his preferred solution will destroy other people's property. Does he care. No. He is glowing from the look at meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i haz ethaol and wind powah' !!! It helps me look down at my neighbor while i STEAL from them to boost my ego. Any fool can just do the math an see that ethanol is a***** poor fuel, especially when grown from corn. But hey he's from IOWA. They have been living off the government teat for - well forever. All they do is vote for the politicians who promise to give them other peoples money. Its a leech**** state. Give us money to grow food. Give us money to not grow food. Stick a gun in other people's faces and require them - under penalty of death - to buy my great State's corn squeezins'. Now he wants Cellulosic ethanol too. Big fukking shocker. No one could see that coming. He loves to steal from his neighbors doesn't he. Never saw a solution that involved OPM that he didn't love i bet lying ****pile wrote..Romney want's to pull me in his camp?...try pushing Salt Reactors...that would be a great start. Yea right. You have just NIMBY'd the whole thing. So this will make you vote for mittens ? You sir are an intentional liar. Go ahead vote for that traitor, obama. I personally don't care - it's meaningless after all. But don't sit here and lie out your pie hole as to why. That makes you **** pile douche-bag. Then again, its probably congenital PS. I do love you signature. Idiot **** Pile wrote..FYI...CEO Ron Williams of health insurance company Aetna; $72 million in compensation for 2010...2004 to 2010 total was $157 Million...for 1 guy over 6 years; to push paperwork...How much's your premium? Its shows a complete lack of understanding why "health insurance" premiums are high. IOW, you are broadcasting your complete fukking idiocy in every post you make. So good job idiot. Riddle me this super genius. What would happen to premiums if their salaries were 0 ? Yea exactly. Fukking idiot MORAN.
