Funny (and often overlooked) detail about Greece -- did you know they don't have cadastral survey there, which is a major stumbling block in their move to privatize state-owned assets? They've been pushed by the EU and the IMF to get their act together, but they don't have the administrative infrastructure to make it happen. Airports are waiting to be privatized, but since no one can figure out land ownership, it's not going to happen anytime soon.

Islands, on the other hand, should be easier to sell...
