I assume you have to be a full time resident (voter eligible). The reason I ask is we have a rental in Florida.

You must be registered to vote in Florida, yes.
It doesn't matter where in Florida, but you do have to be a Florida voter.

Is this the same thing we were asked to sign and mail (which I did) on the same candidate? Forgive me for not remembering, but I assume a duplicate would be no good, so thought I better ask.
