And where is the affidavit from the 7/11 employee and the surveillance video showing Trayvon shop lifting picking up his skittles and ice tea?? Where is the receipt for those items? I agree that the skittles and tea detail was just an embellishment on the fabricated narrative. It would have been more believable had it been reported to be cheetos and a grape soda.

At least there were actually some 7-11's in the area, though the two closest locations are about 1.5 miles away.

The only way we're going to actually know is if/when the real logs (subpoenaed from the phone companies involved) show up. Those are easy for the cops to get, and they're also easy for the defense to get. You can bet the subpoenas are flying for that material right now from Zimmerman's side.

The State can't put hearsay in an Affidavit and represent it as evidence "in hand." If "DeeDee" had not actually spoken to the investigators at the State's Attorney office before that Affidavit was filed the fur will fly as that impeaches the entire process.

IMHO "DeeDee" is gonna get subpoenaed on this one and won't be able to dodge it.

Imust: During the bond hearing the State said there ARE tapes of Trayvon buying the skittles and tea at the 7-11 -- that's now on the record and as such it will have to be produced to the defense.

At the Bail hearing the State witness said they had a video of Trayvon in the 7-11 buying the skittles and tea. If he doesn't have it, he lied and committed perjury.

I think also I read that the skittles and tea were at the scene. Supposedly a photography was published showing the Arizone ice tea laying on the grass in a photo from the scene. It would have had to been left there overnight though, the photography is said to have been taken in the daylight. I have not located that photo yet.

The only way the state wins this, is if Zimmerman Cops a plea.

She cannot be a witness to any actions during the event. The only thing she could testify on is the words spoken by Trayvon (as she recalls them). Anything she says about "who got shoved" is speculative and should be just stricken from any dialog on this automatically.

Everything Dee Dee has said is supportive of Zimmerman anyway.

We have Verizon for cellphone (the only carrier which works in our neck of the woods). When I look up phone logs for the kids' numbers (we have four on one account), the times are EST (our time zone). The number as well as the duration for incoming and outgoing calls are logged.

Too bad the Utah data center isn't operational so Homeland Security could have monitored/recorded those calls. (/sarc)

The phone logs are probably kept at the Hawaii Department of Health in the same file cabinet as BHO's birth certificate. Or maybe the INS lost that day's worth of phone logs just like they lost the immigration records to Hawaii for a week surrounding BHO's supposed birth.

If it hasn't been done already, someone needs to start a George Zimmerman legal defense fund, with the caveat that any monies left after the trial will go to filing suit against Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and NBC news et. al. for damages.

Good find. The text messages are PDT. So the last incoming text message at 04:08PM PDT is 08:08PM. That might have been Daisha trying to contact Travyon, she probably tried several times to call him when their last phone call cut off and he never answered, so she sent him a text message.

There seems to be a bug in the MyTmobile website. When I log in and look at calls I notice the calls reflect calls made in EDT, while Data information seems to be based on PDT. At the bottom of both pages are statements that the dates/times reflected are in Pacific time. I was told by another T-Mobile person it's because calls are translated to local time zone of where they're made because of billing purposes, but data & texts don't have different prices for peak and off-peak.

This may depend on the sort of plan you're on; the only way to KNOW is via subpoena for the actual call records from the switch.

The problem is that the alleged "data" presented SAYS it's all PDT.

Watching this on another blog it depended as to whether or not you downloaded a large file as to whether or not it came out as PST verses regular or something but it clearly states PST on what was provided.

The time stated in PST is approxmately the time Tracy Martin returned from alledged dinner and as I understand it there were 4 phones on the plan... I don't really believe anything anymore on these Crumped up charges.

It does appear from all I could find it does depend on your plan. They will list the calls at the local Time if it matters to how you are charged. Say nights and weekends, those take effect at a Time totally dependent on the local Time zone. The locality that the plan originated in. Where you are makes no difference to the Time.

If your plan does not have such additions where when you use your minutes take place, then they don't list them according to the Time started etc. Most plans these days are unlimited or have a bucket of minutes non dependent on locality for charges.

So it does depend on your plan and if your minutes have different charges depending on the Time.

Besides, until dee dee provides HER cell phone records to confirm the calls, and the number of that call on the log is REVEALED to match "dee dee".

The State DID interview "dee dee", I can't find out if it was in person or over the phone with Crump sitting next to her. What we do know is that the affadavit listed her as a "friend" not a girlfriend. They did not provide any evidence to confirm her story which would have been very easy. There was no chain of evidence presented by the State, non, and they stated on the stand they had no knowledge of who started the fight.

This is NOT at this point about the case directly, its about making up a story, and perhaps ABC being complicit in the fabrication. A look at those phone logs with redacted info does not show the first call that supposedly Travon made to her. Remember there are TWO calls between them in the narrative.

Trayvon is talking to her when first noticed by George. He then runs, Dee Dee says she was disconnected, and then SHE calls back a minute or so later.

Where is the first phone call also. That is the one where she made the statements about hoodie etc.

Dee Dee did not appear AT ALL until after Georges statement was available etc. Anything Dee Dee claimed could have been taken from the statement and built upon.

Crump is already caught lying about the length of Time on the phone according to these records, Going to the hospital, being a girlfriend, having puppy love and in love with Trayvon, yada yada yada.

THAT is what this is about, her testimony is worthless, and if this is the only call listed at 7:12 (right before the shooting, then there is nothing there that can tell who did what.

Again where is the first call.

Where are the calls Tracy Martin made to his phone on that log.

Oh wait, Tracy Martin agave two different accounts of that night before he left, and he has given around 10:15 and 10:30 as when they returned home.

That first Time matches with the call log of 7:12 which could be 712:59 because of rounding.

The statement about Trayvon disconnecting was posted as part of the Timeline at Wagist and from info gathered there. They used published accounts.

This encounter lasted several minutes, the Crump team are playing this so that people are left with the impression that this encounter took place all at once, because otherwise WHY DID TRAYVON COME BACK.

Duke Lacrosse all over again, the similarities just keep piling up. I don't recall ever getting an apology from the usual race baiting suspects for causing the problems they did in that case, for the lives they ruined, for the financial ruin they caused, for the reputations they destroyed, and I suspect the same results from this case.

It may easily be held that regardless of who started the fight, when Martin slammed Zimmerman's head onto the concrete with the force that he did, that act became Assault With A Deadly Weapon, (the concrete,) and at that point Zimmerman had the right to defend himself, with deadly force if necessary, regardless of what had happened up to that point.

We shall see.

MOBILE, Alabama -- Mobile police need your help to catch a mob that beat Matthew Owens so badly that he's in critical condition.

According to police, Owens fussed at some kids playing basketball in the middle of Delmar Drive about 8:30 Saturday night. They say the kids left and a group of adults returned, armed with everything but the kitchen sink.

Police tell News 5 the suspects used chairs, pipes and paint cans to beat Owens.

Owens' sister, Ashley Parker, saw the attack. "It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed." Parker says 20 people, all African American, attacked her brother on the front porch of his home, using "brass buckles, paint cans and anything they could get their hands on."

Police will only say "multiple people" are involved.

What Parker says happened next could make the fallout from the brutal beating even worse. As the attackers walked away, leaving Owen bleeding on the ground, Parker says one of them said "Now thats justice for Trayvon."
