The allegations involved prostitution, according to Ronald Kessler, a former Washington Post reporter and author of "In the President's Secret Service: Behind the Scenes With Agents in the Line of Fire and the Presidents They Protect."
"One of the agents did not pay one of the prostitutes, and she complained to the police," Kessler said.
Calling it "clearly the biggest scandal in Secret Service history," Kessler said 12 agents are accused of involvement in the incident "in one degree or another," from allegedly interfering in the investigation to participating in other alleged misconduct.
Nice.
Of course the Secret Service calls the report "a need to orchestrate an indictment by rumor." Oh gee, who's been hard at work doing that for the last month or so?

The only problem I have with the prostitutes, is if the guys are married, than they are in the wrong. If not, no problemo. But pay the poor working girl for her "services". Geez, is that too much to ask?

Myself, I think that the Trayvon-Zimmerman thingee may be part of an end-game move. There is also the possibility that the agent paid a middle man for the girl and the middle man kept the money and disappeared.

You should watch the actual hearing. It looks like the ******n New Jersey law is too complicated for the judge to figure out. When the judge asked, "Does is specifically say the candidate has to produce a birth certificate" Apuzzo should have said, "We have no argument with the means that are used to prove qualification", we are challenging the qualification itself. The witness was unnecessary and only hurt the case. Apuzzo got thrown off track over and over again.
There's another issue in here. Why did Obama's application for passport when he was 4 years old list his foreign name, when he ALREADY supposedly had a Hawaii Birth Certificate? The lawyer didn't pursue that!
The judge must have been terribly annoyed that this case was turning into a political discussion instead of strict legal theory.
Because these documents weren't authenticated I'm pretty sure the judge had already ruled against Apuzzo but was curious about all the evidence. I mean, this **** IS interesting if anything.
Personally, I could care less about the "eligibility". He's already president. That should have been thought about a long time ago.
What is particularly disgusting is the fact that source documents about Obama's past were supposedly forged or altered or destroyed which to me is a FAR WORSE indictment of the honor of the office of President if true.

While it wouldn't shock me if this kind of thing has gone on in the past, we don't know that for sure. The secret service always seemed like a noble group that stayed above the tawdry behavior typical of politicians.
It's quite plausible that while watching Eric "Place" Holder play solitaire while banksters got away with wide scale foreclosure fraud and theft, some other government institutions have gotten the message that crime pays.
