But there is a strip center there with a Boston MKT, so it isn't out of the question one isn't around. In any case, Martin wasn't going to Zimmerman's house, so what he was passing by would be irrelevent to a 7-11 on Rinehart. Google says there isn't one there, but one about 2 miles south. That would be at the intersection of towne center and Rinehart, where there is a Toyota dealer.

It's very relevant. The reason he was allegedly out of the house was to go get those things and he allegedly had them on him at the time.

Your second point is spot-on as well. If he was suspended for having a dope pipe and empty bag that used to contain pot, what was he doing out of the house at all? Many police dept's will treat a dead body as a "Missing Person" if a notification cannot be made to a next of kin or executor. It's possible that some jurisdictions will consider someone a "John Doe" while others may just use the name they believe the person to be, but just list it as tentative or 'believed to be.'

The great secret is, there are white hispanics, Black hispanics, Asian hispanics and Mexican/South American Indian hispanics. If most of these hispanics figure out they are merely dark skinned white people, the demographers might have a problem. I'm a dark skinned white guy, as is my mother a dark skinned white woman, both of us often identified as maybe Mexican. Depending on location in the USA, white ethnic groups, like Irish, Italian, German and others have been the group on the outs. The melting pot has consumed most of this distinction and I would suspect the lighter skinned and even native hispanics will be consumed into the melting pot as well, as will the Asians. Blacks will stand out as different for a long time, even though there is a lot of intermarriage. I do believe the vast majority of white people have accepted blacks a lot more than blacks feel they have been accepted. It is human nature to pass the buck for ones situation. You might recall, the Kennedy's had a lot of problems being Irish and the old man never forgot it either.

So, I am sure the root of the problem is black kid shot in affluent area. I can assure you that subdivision where Zimmerman lived wasn't affluent. There are 6 units to the building. Count the driveways. I would guess Spot Steal lives there as well, as in spot it in the day time, steal it at night. This outfit will go next door if they aren't in the mood to go on an expedition. So, I am quite certain people were getting ripped off in that subdivsion all the time. If Martin didn't live there or wasn't visiting someone there, what the hell was he doing there? It would take no more than 3 minutes to cut through the subdivision and I doubt Zimmerman would have had time to see him, if he was merely walking down the street. Night time and rain isn't exactly the time to walk 2 or 3 miles to get an iced tea? The only guy that knows for certain is dead. There is an old saying X doesn't have enough sense to get out of the rain, so likely he wasn't too bright either.

I do not put much weight on the weed thing but I do put a lot of weight on the others. The other items show that he is aggressive, has no respect for the property of others, elders or authority.

Out of all those, swinging at the bus driver carries the most weight IMO as to what went down that night, since that is the only item relevant to violent behavior.

I do not know the gated community that Trayvon's dad's girlfriend lives at. Some gated communities have a community building with a pool and vending machines. Since what we are dealing with here is vending machine capable items, it widens the scope of possible locations that they could have been acquired.

"Gated community" is a stretch. Use google maps and look for yourself...

If this were even remotely true, WHY would Travon confront someone he was frightened of? Now I don’t know what house Travon was staying in. Gated doesn't mean anything if you are not in a car. I think it was an attempt to paint the neighborhood as elitist, which it isn't.

Google maps clearly show a large pool and a unique building which I am going to call a rec building. They could have vending machines there. So you would have to rule that out as a potential source for the items.

Edit: relistening to the 911 tape. Zimmerman gives his location at the 1100 block at the clubhouse as the initial point of contact. The other side of the main entrance is the 3000 block. The altercation happened near the rear entrance where Zimmerman said Trayvon was headed. So we need the address of the dad's girlfriend and whether or not the clubhouse has vending machines.
