Seriously folks, this is what I see every day among young people. It's pervasive and if it doesn't stop we are finished as a nation.

To the kids who believe this, let me make reality perfectly clear to you: You're ****ed, as government by definition can only take from one person and give to someone else.

Therefore what you believe is mathematically impossible.

Yes they need education that it would be better to get rid of the distortions so normal people could get these things with their own effort. Themortgagedude Posts: 8849 Incept: 2007-12-17 saint louis	When so many of the wealthy in this country are getting wealthy with financial engineering and basically skimming off the wealth of others it is a much easier argument to make that we should take the wealthy's money. I don't think that if we had a modern day Thomas Edison or Henry Ford that nearly as many would feel that their money should be taken. But there is a perception that so many of the wealthy have not earned their money with production so we should just take it from them. Some of this perception is very understandable. The fallacy lies in the thinking that by taking everything the rich have from them that everyone else will be able to have their American Dream.
