If a court finds him ineligible what would be the procedure to remove him?

Based on the results, the rule of law was forgotten in this country.

examples: Banksters/tarp. BAC coerced to buy Countrywide. Mark-to-market NOT. Indy-Mac. MF-Global.

Whether or not this individual example demonstrates is immaterial to me, personally.

Unless I'm missing something, they win the case and Obama cannot be on the Democrat primary ballot in Georgia. No Georgia electoral votes if he doesn't making the Nov ballot.

Now this could spawn other lawsuits/investigations, but I think this is strictly a Georgia state ballot case.

ETA: I think everyone is eager for the discovery phase to get actual documentation they can use to launch other lawsuits/etc.

I predict that people will be killed to prevent those documents from coming out.

Is it a big stretch to believe that Obama was chosen by the elites, groomed, bought and paid for to make sure that none of the financial crime overlords would ever be prosecuted? Could it also be that a large scale investigation might implicate too many people in high places and there was just no way they could let that happen? I agree. There's really nothing in here that would come out of the Georgia State Court that could be used to immediately unseat him. You can be sure that any decision that is not a victory for Obama will be immediately appealed, and therefore any actions it brings put on hold pending that appeal. So, nothing could happen that would negatively affect Obama before this winding its way to SOCUS, and them at least having to refuse to listen to something that has a Prior Ruling.

IMHO, SOCUS would have 2 options. Refusing to hear, or accepting the case.

By refusing to hear the case, they would reaffirm their earlier ruling, and then the circus of how to remove him from office might begin.

Might not, though. Other legal issues and cases would have to be filed, and decisions made, because this case only rules on whether he gets on the primary ballot based upon the Natural Born Clause. It might take a whole 'nuther set of trials and tribulations to get the earlier election declared fraudulant and have it overturned. And that might not be finished by election time. Might be enough to keep him off the ballot in '12, and thus be removed from office at the ballot box then.

If they decided to hear, and rule on this, then nothing will come from it before the election, and there will be fodder for debate and arguements.

But, if they decide to hear it, IMHO, it would only be because they already know they will be reversing the earlier ruling to overturn this lower court decision.

Now there's a good question. How many other groups/organizations/states (and courts) would use this suit and decision as a precedent, and as the template, for a similar case??? And how many states could he end up being barred from the ballot on???? And if he is barred from the ballot on a few key, what does it do to his chances of winning????

Seeing that the Feds, States, and Cities are dead broke, there will be no rebuilding of the burnt and destroyed areas. Simply put, the fire ants will have eliminated their mound.
