I'll repeat: THE ONLY THING THE JUDGE CAN RULE ON HERE IS WHETHER OR NOT OBAMA WILL APPEAR ON THE 2012 GA BALLOT FOR POTUS. Everything else is being presented for evidence towards motivation - i.e. how or why a person would have ever ended up on a ballot for POTUS without having been vetted and that it is indeed possible that it happened.

Mind you, the ramifications for this judge removing Obama from the ballot are not trivial for Obama and it is much more than GA's 16 electoral votes.

Also, if the judge believes enough evidence has been submitted that there is 'likelihood of criminal actions' he MAY refer it to the GA AG's office for an investigation. The judge has that jurisdiction and authority.

I give Orly credit for her persistance on this issue. Most people would have given up long ago.

On the bright side, the judge hasn't lost interest. While they all get adept at pretending to listen while really sleeping, this guy seems quite interested. He's paying attention. (Of course, knowing you're being filmed and it's being streamed to millions of people might be a motivational factor. )

Yup. Like I said. The guy is no stranger to federal testimony. He's often used in grand jury testimony. IMHO, this is Orly's star witness. I've got his name and CV at home - but I'm at work right now. At any rate, he's got an impeccable record of integrity.

Vegas ... yes. She was presenting evidence. She had downloaded some relevant document from the internet and was explaining its contents. The judge said she couldn't do that unless she was a witness, so she took the stand.
