Basically the judge entirely discarded Happerset in favor of Kim Wong Ark. The really sad thing is that this is a horrible interpretation because Happerset is far more applicable to the instant case than Kim Wong Ark.

I'll go out on a limb here and guess the judge was threatened and or remunerated. This is just ridiculous application.

The destruction of our country on all fronts absolutely sickens me. I'm so angry, I don't have words sufficient to describe it.

I am, yet again, disgusted.

1) Who didn't tell Orly that a no-show on the part of the Defendant would mean a default judgement in her favor?

2) Who didn't tell Orly that her expert witnesses needed to have their expertise established in court?

3) How many times can one attorney lose high-visibility cases, due to procedural errors on their part, and still have a practice?

If I had paid for her legal education, I'd be seeking a refund.

So, was she "selected" to try this case?

Orly wasn't the only one who rejected a default judgement. Carl Swensson was on talk radio yesterday saying all the plaintiffs rejected a default judgement because they wanted to submit evidence supporting their assertions that Obama is not a natural born citizen.

Considering what Swensson said yesterday, today's GA ruling was quite a surprise.

Really, why do people even bother with The System anymore? Somehow, I doubt that an appeal would be successful...

In 2Dogs' link above, the description of the chambers discussion starts at 60:00. All three attorneys wanted to present the evidence. Several times during the interview, he states, "This is my very last peaceful effort at resolution."

For people brought up as I was, this sort of thing is very hard to accept. But, facts are facts. Where is the rule of law where one side doesn't even have to show under threat of contempt ... but instead of being found in contempt they win? If we give a pass to owebama himself, that pass has never previously transferred to their attorney ... so here is yet another new and fresh abuse ... not even the potus' attorney has to show at court. Anyone wanna bet how long before this new precedent (executive branch not having to answer or show to legal proceedings addressed to it) travels to other executive branch offices: 3, 2, 1, done.

Our society is so mobile that sooner or later it had to happen. Let's say two US natural born citizens marry and have a child in the US and then they get transferred to the Philippians and are there for 25 years. Their child grows up in a totally different culture and could come back to the US and after 10 years run for president. Possible? Yes. Probable? Probably not.

Taking Pika's thoughts one step further ... what if the whole thing were a setup? Judge was told to hear it just so the "birthers" would have their day in court, and it would be "settled." Letting steam out of the birther movement, having given them the opportunity to have their grievances heard.

I think the judge thought this particular judgement was above his pay grade.
