He couldn't get through Cap & Trade, but he sure as hell can put it back on the table if nuclear power is completely removed from our energy sources. We have relatively few nuclear plants, but they generate a disproportionately HUGE amount of power. Germany shutting down a number of its plants in the past few days resulted in an instantaneous 16% increase in their energy costs!
