I'm not excusing it Karl, but what the government is facing is putting probably MILLIONS of people in jail.
What they could do is start at the top and work down and offer people an opportunity to come forward, divest their ill gotten gains or be forced to later and go to jail on top of it.

Karl...you've been here done that...you are wasting your breath. Ain't gonna happen as it hasn't in the 3 years you've been advocating it.
You are the point man...you can organize mass protests...thousands of people to shut this down.
No one is going to read your words and add call my congressman to their do list....
It has to be bigger now...Viet Nam protest bigger...thousands bigger...
Only way is to shut them down...it's all they know...they do not care about words

If I called my sheriff saying I want to report a crime, what exactly would I tell him? Not to Kick people out of their houses? He would probably laugh at me. Seriously, I am not dissing Karl, I would not have any Idea what to say. Now the others I got a good handle on.

@Tumblebug... I told my sheriff just that with Karl's help: Thank you for your response Sheriff, From what I can tell, you are unaware that just about every major bank in the country, that is the banks who received bailout funds, engaged in mortgage securitizations where the original wet signature documents were destroyed and placed in a database called MERS. They, along with MERS, have been foreclosing on homeowners without legally required proof of debt. There are attorneys who have offered to literally eat any original documentation offered up... And have NEVER seen any. I asked a gentleman whom I consider to be one of this country's main experts on the subject how to approach you on this, and his response is below. Beware that he's making some strong claims, but you should be aware of the true gravity of what has been occurring nationwide with regard to the financial crisis and fraud in mortgages. I am also going to past a youtube link after his message. The person being interviewed is Professor William K. Black. Professor Black was the chief regulator during the S&L crisis, and put over 1000 executives in jail for fraud. What he says about our current situation will speak to you far better than I ever could. If you're interested in learning more about this issue, I would be more than happy to give you all the information you need. From Karl Denninger: "There's three separate issues: 1. Were the MBS buyers deceived. The Sheriff isn't going to care about that one. 2. Were the buyers of the homes deceived? The Sheriff PROBABLY won't care about that, but he damn well should. It's the key issue really because it ties into #3... 3. Were the buyers deprived of their due process rights at foreclosure? IF SO, THEY DID NOT GET TO ASSERT THEIR RIGHTS OVER issue #2! Not only that, but perjury is a stand-alone felony. If the documents were not proved up (e.g. the raw wet-signature note establishing that the party in court is the owner of the debt, along with the note and contract itself if the debtor challenges it under TILA, RESPA or Fraudulent Conveyance, all of which may have occurred but which cannot be proved if the creditor dodges their legal duty to prove up the debt) then the judgment was rendered without the legally-required proof-of-debt required to enforce the security instrument. So from the Sheriff's perspective it SHOULD come down to whether or not due process of law was followed TO THE LETTER in the foreclosure process. If not, the Sheriff is an accessory before and after the fact in judicial corruption, perjury and obstruction of justice for each person who is wrongfully-evicted - and thus far, the banks' own reviews say that IS happening. Exactly how often is impossible to determine until the banks are forced to actually produce the documents as is supposed to be required. -- Karl" Professor Black Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sA_MkJB84....

Karl: have you tried talking to Mark Levin about filing a lawsuit? I'm convinced if you could arrange a conversation with him he'd pursue such a lawsuit.
What are we to say to the sheriffs is what I don't get.
I've already been putting a list together for what I want to say to the freshmen crop newly elected whether I am in their district or state.

Jesus, that would send junk food prices through the roof, dentists and quickie mart owners would be the tycoons of the economy. Seems to be a lot of momentum on the side of the people judging by those poll numbers. Just demonstrates further how ineffective the system is at representing the people.

Mark Levin also said that if the health care legislation passed he would be the first in line to file a lawsuit.
Crickets anyone?
And Thanks Quiet, I can use that.
Also Levin referred to Ron Paul all through the 2008 primaries as RuPaul. If you don't know who that is, Look it up.

Thank you. I will try to contact the Virginia AG tomorrow and I'll see what I can do about Levin. I don't have any back channels but I'll work on his producers. And I will also fax and call the Landmark Legal Foundation. He was talking this evening as if he's read you tickers. Laura was all over it this morning also. I've had no luck reaching her. Even though I had a long conversation with her producers prior to our Tea Party protests. Now she's all over it. Now. Sigh.
I'm also going to try and get appointments with the newly elected R house members from Va. Also with Boehner and DeMint. If I can't get appointments with them hopefully at least an aide.
The good thing about DC is that you can ride over on your lunch hour.
I'm going to work on Levin though. Where Rush is not easy to get through to, Mark seems very reasonable and concerned.

Karl,
Wow! 400K unique views of the Tickers! That is an incredible number, but I know we all want and need it to expand from there.
The target audience needs to be the legions of unemployed. They are the citizens of this country that are most likely to protest. Even if a fraction of these unemployed "come together", TPTB will take notice.
Unfortunately, I don't know what group or groups would be best to educate the unemployed and then mobilize them into action. But I will be thinking on that...
In the mean time I will certainly be sending my demands (via your Tickers) to the individuals you listed.
Please keep up your noble work. Your efforts are not in vain. Thank you.

Good luck with that line we can see right through you. It really is upsetting when you see what a politician does when he is caught. Your friends will be caught as well, and Joe six pack doesn't blow his brains out like the bankers jump. They are more likely to turn on bankers, and the bankers know it. Those guys are trapped, desperate and scared ****less, why you defend them is beyond me. The ones who do the grunt dirty work are always the ones first eliminated, do your homework.

Will do on all of this -- tomorrow.
I'm also going to bombard the local media outlets again. I sent some other articles and Tickers to them months ago, they didn't bite. But I think there is enough fodder this time around through Foreclosuregate, the elections, and bigshots like Beck discussing devaluation to finally make inroads here.

Levin did. He trounced them in Florida, and got stomped in Chicago if memory serves.
Perhaps we need to do a "ticker forum wave" on Levin's show, and have caller after caller mention the ticker :D
