Very interesting that this specific problem has to do with voters being disenfranchised - and apparently, someone(s) who had a fraudulent foreclosure got the attention of the prosecutor because the poor guy couldn't vote just because Chase was foreclosing on his home. There was obviously an (erroneous) assumption that it was a foregone conclusion you were going to be homeless (or move) if you were anywhere in the foreclosure process. Guess those foreclosures aren't a sure-thing anymore.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen "Ruby Lee" (referred to in another TF thread regarding this matter) as a notary on docs. If I recall correctly she also was a signatory for one of the banks - I can't remember which one... If I (a ditzy blonde) recognize this name here in the Northeast, somethin's not quite right...

Maybe I'm too cynical but I don't see this happening. Mr. Dettelbach will be paid a visit by Obama and company before anyone is convicted.

Take a deep breath folks - this is a nothingburger. It's one state, the sec of state, no big deal. The feds will bury/cover this up like an avalanche covers a loose snow ski.
Maybe they can hide it, maybe not, but before I get hopeful I want to see the Feds involved (on the side of justice), big time.
I'll believe it when I see it. States don't mean s***. Don't we know that by now? We here in Az sure know it!

Gen, I think the letter/referral came from Jennifer Brunner, Ohio secretary of state, over a month ago ? Easy for the Feds and media to plausibly ignore it.
Hell, in AZ, the Feds ignore law passed by 70% of voters!
